1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online sports betting and casino platform operated under the domain https://13x555.cam (the "Platform" or "13x555"). The Platform is an English-language service designed primarily for users familiar with the Pakistani market context, including PKR currency display, local payment method references and Pakistan-focused sports coverage.

1.2 These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 13x555. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

1.3 13x555 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not operate under the regulatory authority of the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial gambling authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

1.4 The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references to commonly known local payment infrastructure only. No endorsement, affiliation or financial partnership with any such provider is claimed or implied.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin allocation or other incentive offered to a User, subject to separate bonus terms and the conditions set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before withdrawals and certain Account activities are permitted.
• "Platform" means the website https://13x555.cam and all associated pages, applications and services made available under that domain.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the display currency used on the Platform. Display in PKR does not constitute an obligation to process transactions in PKR in all circumstances.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, including jurisdictions where online gambling is not permitted.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• "We", "us" or "13x555" refers to the operator of the Platform.

3.1 By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing any casino game or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3.2 If you are accessing the Platform from within Pakistan or from any other Restricted Jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. 13x555 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in your jurisdiction.

3.3 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation or alternative language version of these Terms (if any), the English version shall take precedence.

4.1 To be eligible to open and maintain an Account, you must at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion database applicable to the Platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity in placing bets or using Platform services;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director or close associate of 13x555 or any related entity.

4.2 We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and withholding of funds pending investigation.

5.1 Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

5.2 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly notify us of any changes by contacting support.

5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

5.4 KYC verification is required before the processing of withdrawals and may be required at other stages of Account activity at our discretion. Acceptable KYC documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. We reserve the right to request additional documentation in specific circumstances.

We recommend using a strong, unique password for your Account and enabling any two-factor authentication option where available. 13x555 will never contact you to ask for your password. 6.1 All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and verification requirements in effect at the time of the transaction. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

6.2 You must only deposit funds from payment sources in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources, anonymous payment methods or stolen financial instruments are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.3 Payment method references on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. Actual availability of any payment method is confirmed solely within the Platform cashier. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

6.4 Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity, source-of-funds or other verification procedures. We will communicate any such delay to you through your registered contact details.

6.5 Withdrawal requests relating to funds subject to active Bonus wagering requirements will be suspended until those requirements are satisfied or the Bonus is forfeited in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

7.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms, which will be published alongside each offer. These Terms apply generally; in the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional term sheet, the promotional terms shall apply to that specific offer.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the following general principles apply to all bonus offers:

• A Wagering Requirement must be satisfied before any winnings generated from Bonus funds become withdrawable;
• The maximum bet permitted while a Bonus is active and a Wagering Requirement remains outstanding is specified in the individual bonus terms (illustrative example: PKR 1,000 per round);
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotional terms;
• Bonuses carry an expiry period after which any unmet Wagering Requirement results in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings;
• Maximum cash-out limits may apply to winnings generated from Bonus funds as specified in the individual promotional terms;
• 13x555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.3 Bonuses are for individual use only. Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion between users or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses, Account suspension and recovery of any funds generated through such activity.

8.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are accessible within the Platform's help section and within individual event or game interfaces.

8.2 A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform's system. It is your responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted correctly before the relevant event commences.

8.3 13x555 reserves the right to void, suspend or refuse any bet where there is reason to believe that:

• The bet was placed on the basis of insider information or improperly obtained information;
• The odds or game result was subject to manipulation, match-fixing or corrupt activity;
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed;
• The user was ineligible to place the bet under these Terms at the time of placement.

8.4 Live and in-play betting markets are subject to network latency. Bets placed after an event has concluded or at a stage that materially affects the fair outcome of the market may be voided at our discretion.

8.5 References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and other sporting events in Platform content are for contextual sports coverage only. 13x555 holds no official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team, club or sporting association.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds or technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, collusion or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Providing false identity information or forged documents during the KYC process;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion registrations or deposit limit controls;
• Reproducing, scraping or commercially exploiting any Platform content without written authorisation from 13x555.

10.1 13x555 is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be used as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

10.2 The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly);
• Session time reminders and session duration limits;
• Loss limits over defined time periods;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary restriction of Account activity);
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent — contact support to activate).

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, creation of derivative works or any other commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from 13x555.

11.3 The 13x555 name, logo and associated brand elements are proprietary identifiers of the operator. Unauthorised use in any form is prohibited.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13x555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

12.2 13x555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.4 13x555 is not liable for any loss arising from access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited. Users in Pakistan and other potentially Restricted Jurisdictions access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.

13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining after verification will be returned to you via an approved payment method, subject to outstanding wagering commitments, pending KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal processing times.

13.2 13x555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity is detected;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate Account closure;
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with the operator's dormant account policy.

13.3 Upon termination for cause, 13x555 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus balance and any winnings generated through prohibited activity. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned subject to applicable verification and processing procedures.

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed to operate. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or other jurisdictions acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of their own country.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 13x555 support shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the operator's governing jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14.3 Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may hold under the consumer protection or gambling regulation laws of your own country of residence.

15.1 13x555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

15.2 The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. You are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
